Verdant Analysis is designed to support free, independent financial analysis.  In other words, you can sign up, set-up portfolios and analysis templates and develop investment strategies ad infinitum.

 

The free version already saves a lot of time and effort.  But our system can do more.  Our enhancements are designed to do three things: make it faster, make it easier, make it more powerful.

 

Our goal is to price these augmentations in a manner that makes sense for you.  Therefore, with the exception of data (which has a subscription option), we've decided to offer things on a per-item basis.  Some will be micro-payment priced, some will be a bit more.  Once you've purchased something, it is yours to use forever.  The point is to let you buy what you need, when you need it at a price point that is fair and commensurate to the usefulness it provides.

 

Data

 

Our free data is free.

 

Our premium data is micro-payment priced at $0.10 per item.  For example, an analysis that draws on 20 peices of financial statement data will cost $2.00. 

 

Heavy users can also get data on subscription at $25/month or $250/year. 

 

Portfolios

 

There is no charge to build your own portfolios.

 

Pre-made portfolios are generally designed to be representative of a group of securities with common characteristics, such as industry or sector portfolios.  There can also be portfolios of small-cap stocks, large cap, etc.

 

Pre-made portfolios are priced according to the number of securities they contain.  The per security rate is $0.50.

 

We can also custom design portfolios for you.  With a list, the fee is $1.00 per security, plus set up of $25.  Without a list there is a research fee of $75, a set-up fee of $25 and a per security fee of $2.00 per security.                                      

 

 

Analysis Templates

 

There is no charge to build Analysis Templates.

 

Analysis Models

 

Some Analysis Models (AMs) are available for free - specifically the common ratios (like P/E, Profit Margin, quick ratio etc.).

 

Unusal or propreitary models range in price between $25 and $50, although it is possible to find AMs priced outside of this range.

 

If you feel that our library is missing an important ratio, regression or equation, let us know and we can add and price it accordingly.

 

We'll also custom design models for you.  You can decide if you want to have it for your exclusive use or if you want to make it available to other users in our marketplace.  Custom design work for analysis models is done on a quote basis and is dependent on the number of data points and mathematical operations.  Contact us for a quote.

 

Financial Models

 

Financial Models (FMs) combine more than one Analysis Model (AM).  There is no fee to build FMs from your stock of AMs.  In addition to what you build yourself, our marketplace has FMs available for sale.

 

FMs for sale in the Marketplace start at $50.

Measure

 

There is no cost to use Forecast/Forward Test a security.

 

The pricing for back-testing will be available when the product is launched.

 

Financial Statement Export

 

This feature is currently free pending a review of the pricing model.
